Set in a moonlit Athens, the game places players in the shoes of Nikos, a new soldier assigned his first night watch within the walls of the historic War Museum. The exhibits come alive with the stirring spirits of heroes from the Greek War of Independence, who challenge Nikos not just to guard the museum, but to uncover and remember their sacrifices. Throughout the night, Nikos explores wings of the museum, while interacting with three unique NPCs—a wise veteran caretaker, a curious local historian, and a wandering student—who offer insight, stories, and camaraderie as he moves through forested courtyards, bustling towns nearby, and distant, ancient castles. As the silence deepens, Nikos must answer questions drawn from history, proving his understanding and respect for the legacy he protects. Through these connections and quests, Nikos learns that remembrance itself is the greatest act of honor.
