Chotu was born in a hidden alley near one of Delhi’s oldest temples and was tended to by a caring monk. Inspired by stories of pilgrimage and unity told at the temple, he grew up longing to create his own tradition of togetherness for the street dogs often overlooked by the busy world. When the festival season filled the streets with color and crowds, Chotu donned his monk-gifted kurta-pajama and took it upon himself to guide lost or lonely pups toward the temples for evening prayers. Along his journey, he discovered the power of friendship and selfless courage. Through his perseverance, Chotu aims not just to help others but to find his own place in the vibrant tapestry of city life.
