Set amid the neon-soaked rain and towering Victorian facades of a grim city-hive, the player assumes the role of Marrow, a sharp-minded detective augmented with cutting-edge cyber-implants. Navigating perpetual fog and flickering shadows, Marrow must unravel a web of secrets by forging complicated relationships with three enigmatic NPCs—a rogue hacker hiding in the labyrinthine forests, a bartender with access to the city's deepest secrets, and a noble living in a secluded castle estate. Players shape Marrow’s reputation across moody towns and the city’s warped skyline, uncovering clues and hacking through locked truths. Each interaction and moral choice propels the investigation towards one of several branching outcomes in a world where gothic elegance clashes with cybernetic corruption. Synth-and-organ music weaves into the somber atmosphere as mysteries deepen with every step.
