Set among the misty mountains, lush forests, and rural communities of Washington state, players step into the boots of Alex Rivers, an adventurous environmental scientist. Tasked with monitoring and managing the dynamic ecosystems around iconic volcanoes like Mount Rainier, Mount St. Helens, and Mount Baker, Alex must balance exploration with social interaction. Three key NPCs—a passionate local ranger, a curious volcanologist, and a wise elder from a mountain town—help guide, challenge, and collaborate with Alex on quests from wildfire prevention to volcano risk mitigation. The player navigates hiking trails, remote research facilities, cozy towns, and even ancient castles woven into the landscape, making vital decisions for environmental stability. Through adventure and teamwork, Alex shapes the fate of both natural and human communities in a semi-realistic, cartoon-styled world.
