Whether Adeline escapes, or is soon another thread in the Asylum’s tapestry of sins, depends upon the puzzle-boxes she dares to unfasten, and the truths she is willing to see in the darkness. The Asylum waits, hungrily attentive to every decision; in its thrall, nothing remains benign for long.
