(softly, appearing at Niketasu2019 side) Traders gather in the squares to count losses and tally debts. Even stories have value, in the end.

All that is left me to give, I give: not glory, nor vengeance u2013 only the hope of tomorrowu2019s reckoning. This city, Matthaios, will outlive even conquest. But we u2013 what are we now?

(with a brittle smile) Refugees will carry your name west into fog and east into fire. The world always listens, when loss is told well.
