In the gentle corridors of Sakuragawa High, Komugi Suda moves through the pastel haze of everyday club invitations and morning announcements. Underneath the ordinary—folded lunch wrappers, the laughter echoing in empty halls—a cold, unspoken fracture hums, invisible to everyone else. Komugi wants to feel real connection, to belong, but soon strange notes appear in her desk, written in handwriting she recognizes as her own. The walls start to bend when she locks eyes with Kai, the quiet boy whose gaze is always a second too late, and whose presence leaves behind subtle distortions in the world’s colors. The oath Komugi whispered to herself as a child, promising to never forget her true self, begins to slip from memory just as reality’s seams tremble. When confronted with the impossible—will Komugi sacrifice her growing love to protect the fragile boundary between the real and the unreal, or let herself dissolve into their haunting embrace?
