About this Game

In the mist-shrouded maze of a neon-drenched city, supernatural horrors slink through alleyways barely visible under flickering streetlights. Players become Vega Cruz, an eccentric ex-occultist with patchwork tattoos and a knack for deciphering the paranormal—armed with a flashlight that burns away shadows and reveals spirits. Vega is drawn into the hunt by visions of the enigmatic and sinister Johanna: multiplying emo girls who haunt the city, munching sour guava candy and spreading fear. Driven by the loss of their sibling to the city's malevolent forces, Vega crisscrosses haunted urban labyrinths, battling the Johannas’ shapeshifting forms and unraveling mystery after procedurally generated mystery. Every night, Vega grows stronger with newfound arcane abilities, but the city grows ever darker, and only by facing the twisted Johannas can they hope to free their home from its creeping curse.
